Prices: Above prices are per property per week in Great British Pounds. Rental periods are for a minimum of 1 week, for Jan/Feb/Aug dates a minimum of 2 weeks rental apply.
Bookings of more than 14 days benefit for a 5% discount.
Certain discounts may apply during the year or for last minute bookings. The apartment is available for long term Autumn/Winter/Spring rental; please Contact Us for further details.
Booking: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required upon reservation along with the signed Terms & Conditions & completed booking form. The balance including a refundable damage deposit is payable in full 8 weeks prior to commencement of the hire, or within 7 days if the arrival date is within 8 weeks.

Payment can be made either by Cheque, Bank Tranfer (TT) or Secure Credit/Debit card payment via paypal (Additional 3.4% booking fee).
Cancellation: By you at least eight weeks prior to commencement of the hire & will entail the loss of the deposit. Cancellation less than eight weeks before the commencement of the hire gives rise to the loss of the deposit and incurring the cancellation charges set out below: -
Cancellation period prior to commencement over and above deposit (of 20%)
Eight to six weeks before departure 20%
Six to four weeks before departure 50%
Four to two weeks before departure 75%
Two to zero weeks before departure 100% (i.e. full hire fee payable)
Electricity: Units included in rental price per week. 2 bed: 225KWH; 3 bed 300KWH. Units used above these allowances charged at £0.15 pence per unit, deducted from the deposit upon departure.
Returnable Deposit: Paid in advance against damages to the property as follows:
2 bedrooms: £100.00; 3 bedrooms: £150.00; The deposit will be paid back to yourself within 1 week of departure from the property upon satisfactory inventory check.
Maid Service: Linen and towels changed every 7 days during your stay. If staying more than 7 days the midstay housekeeping will be arranged & instructed to you before departure. Maid service does NOT include cleaning of barbecues or washing up. Extra maid services can be arranged prior to departure at guests own cost.
Welcome Food Hamper: Essential food and drink to welcome you upon arrival:
Standard: £15.00 - Semi Skimmed Milk, Water, Bread, Butter, Jam, Tea, Coffee & Orange Juice. Delux: POA -
Babies & Young Children: Both Travel Cot (Graco) & High Chair are available on request for an additional fee. Please contact us for additional information.
The change over day remains flexible. Check out time is 11:00 on the day of departure.
Car hire  is strongly recommended - Public Telephone in Club house; Mobile phone advisable. Discount Golf available when booked via AH4R's.
